As the owner of Miller Street Dance Academy in North Carolina, Michelle has grown one of the nation’s most successful dance studios, serving thousands of students while mentoring studio owners around the world. Her passion for excellence, leadership, and community has made her a trusted voice in dance education for more than three decades.

Beyond her work in dance education, Michelle has devoted over 15 years to serving the dance community as one of the original Board Members of Dancers Against Cancer. Since the organization’s earliest days, she has helped guide its mission of providing financial assistance and hope to dance families facing a cancer diagnosis. Her unwavering commitment to philanthropy reflects the heart of Gold DanceLife—leading with compassion, strengthening the dance community, and inspiring others to make a lasting impact both inside and outside the studio.
