Currently, she holds the titles of Junior Miss Universal Global and World Top Model, showcasing her dedication and charisma both on and off the stage. 

Beyond her dance pursuits, Katherine is a dedicated community advocate, using her platform to make a positive impact. As a published author, she donates all proceeds from her book to the Care in Beasley Sea Turtle Foundation. Her commitment to environmental conservation is reflected in her organization of beach cleanups aimed at protecting sea turtles and their habitats.
